Final Plat #R2017-035PLAT by Northwest Investments of LaCrosse to be known as Northwest Commercial Center Seventh to create two lots on 4.15 acres. The site is located south of 22nd Street NW and east of Scott Road NW.
Rochester Land Development Manual Text Amendment #R2017-009TA. The amendment consists of eliminating Parking Facility as a permitted use in R3/R4 zones, as well as modifying what level of review is required for Commercial Parking Extension and a Parking Facility in the CDC-Residential zone.
A hearing relating to the proposal that the Rochester Economic Development Authority (the “EDA”) (i) establish Economic Development District No. 64 (the “Development District”); (ii) adopt an Economic Development Plan for the Development District; (iii) establish Housing Tax Increment Financing District No. 64-1 (Technology Park Apartments Project) (the “TIF District”) therein; and (iv) adopt a Tax Increment Financing Plan therefor; all pursuant to and in conformity with applicable law, including Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.090 through 469.1082 and 469.174 through 469.1794. A copy of the documentation proposed to be considered at the hearing will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Council Administrator at the Rochester City Hall at least 10 days prior to the public hearing. In addition, the EDA proposes entering into an agreement with Technology Apartments, LLC, a limited liability company or an affiliate thereof (the “Developer”) under which the EDA will provide tax increment assistance to the Developer, and the Developer will agree to construct an approximately 164-unit work force housing development in two approximately four-story buildings, with surface parking and detached garages, to be located at 3740 Technology Drive NW in the City of Rochester. All interested persons may appear at the public hearing and present their views orally or in writing.

The City Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, will hold a public meeting in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN, on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. regarding:
General Development Plan #R00349GDP by Girl Scouts River Valleys for expansion of an existing Girl Scout Camp. The site is 41 acres in size and is located a quarter mile east of 45th Avenue SW on the south side of 8th Street SW.
Preliminary Plat R2017-034PLAT, by Oak Ventures of Rochester, LLC, to be known as Shannon Oaks Seventh, for development consisting of 14 residential lots on 9.1 acres. The site is located south of Scanlan Lane NE, east of Century Valley Road NE, and west of Shannon Oaks Boulevard NE. This application includes a request for a substantial land alteration.
Conditional Use #R2017-028CUP by R-Squared Enterprises, LLC, to permit a "trade shop" use in the B-1 Restricted Commercial District.
