Cost of Copies of Agenda Sections

Copies of agenda sections will be available at no charge to the public on a first-come, first served basis.  Otherwise, it will cost 5 cents per page.

Council agendas are put on the web page by 5 pm on the Friday prior to the Council meeting.

Approvals to the agenda are added on the day after the meeting.  If there is a specific agenda item that you need to find out the status of, and the web page is not yet updated, you can call the City Clerk's Office at (507) 328-2900 to find out whether the item was approved, denied, tabled, etc.

49-70 1) UPHELD DENIAL:  Type III, Phase I Appeal #R2007-003AP by Donald Regan/Premier Bank. The applicant is appealing the City Planning and Zoning Commission decision to deny requested variance number R2007-030VAR to the bufferyard requirements of a proposed parking lot adjacent to a residential unit. The property is located along the east side of 2nd Avenue SW and south of 5th Street SW and is legally described as Lot 9, Block 1, Original Plat of Rochester.
71-88 2) APPROVED:  Preliminary Plat #R2007-018PLAT by Prairie Crossing III, LLC to be known as Prairie Crossing II. The applicant proposes to subdivide approximately 47.67 acres into 3 lots for commercial development. The property is zoned B-4 (General Commercial) and is located along the east side of TH 52 and along the south side of 75th Street.
89-104 3) APPROVED:  Final Plat R2007-006PLAT by Hadley Valley Partners of Rochester, LLC to be known as Hadley Creek Village. The plat consists of 13 lots and 9 outlots on 233.91 acres located north of 48th St., NE, and west of Hadley Valley Rd., NE (CR 124) on property that is the Hawthorn Hills Golf Learning Center and former Hawthorn Hills Associates property.
105-112 4) APPROVED:  Vacation Petition R2007-009VAC by Jim Walters. The applicant is proposing to vacate the 60 foot wide drainage easement and re-dedicate a new 40 foot easement along the west line of Lot 7, Block 2, Christopher Courts Second Subdivision. The property is located at 1787 SE 36th Avenue.
