Cost of Copies of Agenda Sections

Copies of agenda sections will be available at no charge to the public on a first-come, first served basis.  Otherwise, it will cost 5 cents per page.

Approvals to the agenda are added on the day after the meeting.  If there is a specific agenda item that you need to find out the status of, and the web page is not yet updated, you can call the City Clerk's Office at (507) 328-2900 to find out whether the item was approved, denied, tabled, etc.

The applicant is proposing to vacate the west 131 feet of the east-west dedicated alley right-of-way in Block 8, William McCullough’s Addition. The alley right-of-way is located east of 7th Avenue SW, north of 2nd Street SW and north of the new B’nai Israel Synagogue facility currently under construction.
129-140 2) APPROVED:  PLUS ADDENDUM Continued Hearing on Final Plat R2008-002PLAT by RP Crossroads LLC to be known as Walgreens Plaza. The plat consists of 3 lots on 2.67 acres located along the south side of 14th Street SW, along the east side of 2nd Avenue SW and along the west side of South Broadway (TH 63).

The plat proposes to subdivide Lot 1, Block 3 Maine Street Development into 2 lots for commercial development. The property is located south of Canal Place SE and west of Maine Avenue SE.
