The Adaptive Recreation program is a year-round Therapeutic Sports and Leisure program for persons ages 3 through adulthood diagnosed with a Developmental Disability. Activities are desigend to encourage & support the development and use of communication/social, fine & gross motor skills through recreational activities.

Cancellation Policy
Adaptive Recreation Program Cancellation Policy The Adaptive Recreation program will close activities under the following conditions, however we always encourage you to call the Adaptive Recreation Program Line at (507) 328-2539 to confirm cancellations. A recorded message will be posted by 12/noon (September- March) and by 4:00 in (April-August):
- Inclement or severe weather and/or storm warning issued on the day of the activity/program.
- Severe temperatures (windchill or heat index)on day of the program/activity.
- School District Closing on day of program/activity particularly if activity occurs in a SCHOOL BUILDING.
