- Please note that the Recreation Center does not teach Parent and Child Aquatics or Preschool Aquatics as noted on the Red Cross Learn to Swim Level Chart. We start teaching lessons at the Learn-to-Swim levels 1-6, starting at age 6+ and 48" in height.
