Plummer House of the Arts
This home serves as a tourist attraction, a facility for weddings, receptions, meetings, instructional classes, and parties for groups up to 100 people. The facility is under the general supervision of the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation. Rental of the house includes the use of the grounds.
Eleven acres of beautiful landscaped grounds, formal gardens, bird trail, quarry, and water tower highlight the features of the park. The grounds are open to the public from sunrise to sunset except when the house is reserved for private functions.

2008 RATES
$350.00 Monday through Thursday, excluding the months of June & December
Groups up to 50 people Friday, Saturday, Sunday & entire months of June & December: $475.00
Groups 51 to 100 people Friday, Saturday, Sunday & entire months of June & December: $575.00
Tours
Tours are scheduled every Wednesday during the months of June, July, and August from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Private group tours of 10 people or more of the house and grounds may be arranged by contacting the Park and Recreation Department at 507-328-2525.
