Golf Course Policies
Daily Play Policies
- Foursomes have priority on the golf course. Twosomes and threesomes can expect to be paired up.
- Each golfer must have a ticket and a set of clubs.
- Soft spikes are the only spikes allowed at all city golf facilities.
- All power carts must have a yearly trail fee sticker displayed on the front of the cart. ($195 private cart cash fee)
- No outside beer, alcoholic beverages, or coolers may be brought onto golf premises.
- Young Adult golfers age 30 and under may play without restriction.
- Any of the three municipal courses (Eastwood, Northern Hills, and Soldiers Field) may be reserved for shotgun tournaments on a limited basis. Scheduling must be completed at least one month in advance with the Director of Golf.
- Groups of 16+ may reserve tee times after January 1st of the current year. Scheduling must be completed with the Director of Golf and a deposit is required.

Junior Play Policies
- Definition – 18 years old and under or 22 years old and under and full time in school
- Golf Playing Policy –
- A junior golfer may play anytime when accompanied by a parent or guardian
- A junior golfer playing without a parent may play:
- Weekdays: Tee off #1 or #10 before 3 PM or after 6 PM
- Weekends & Holidays: Tee off after 11 AM

A parent or guardian is required to accompany a young junior playing golf.

Young juniors are required to keep pace with other groups on the course.

Young juniors are required to exhibit proper golf etiquette.

Young juniors may play at any of the city golf courses.

Young juniors have additional privileges at Hadley Creek Golf Learning Center.
