Appendix E - Erosion/Sedimentation Control Measures
The Rochester Zoning Ordinance and Land Development Manual includes general standards addressing erosion/sediment control and stormwater provisions. The City also has adopted a Surface Water Management Plan that provides additional guidance on surface water quantity and quality on development sites.
