CHAPTER 61 - LOT AND SITE DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL PROCEDURES
61.300 CONCURRENT REVIEW:
Two or more applications may be reviewed concurrently. the concurrent review of various types of permits or certificates shall be subject to the same criteria and findings listed elsewhere in the ordinance that apply to each matter individually. Each application requires a separate action by the designated hearing body.
61.301 Procedure for Concurrent Review:
- The following matters may be reviewed concurrently:
- Review of proposed provisional or permanent zoning districts;
- General development plans;
- Questions of Land Use Plan conformance that are to be decided by the Council after review;
- Review and approval of a land subdivision permit;
- Conditional Use Permit;
- Variance; and
- Design Modification.
- Concurrent review of the following matters shall be under the Type III review procedure with a Phase I hearing process. The Commission is the designated hearing body.
- Any Type II or Type III Conditional Use permit;
- A request for a variance; and
- A request for a Design Modification.

Notification Requirements: Notification for a public hearing shall be sent as provided in Section 60.630.

Submission Criteria: To determine the applicable submission criteria refer to those sections of the ordinance, which deal specifically with component parts of each application under consideration.
