CHAPTER 65 - NONCONFORMITIES

NONCONFORMING LOTS OF RECORD: Any nonconforming lot of record may be used for any principal use permitted in the zone in which the lot is located, provided that all other requirements of the ordinance are met. Any conforming use of a conforming structure may be enlarged, extended, altered, or moved so long as it remains in compliance with the other requirements of this ordinance.
