Bookmark & Share- In the City of Rochester all dogs, cats and ferrets MUST be vaccinated before they can be licensed.
- All of the local veterinarians can issue licenses after the animal has been vaccinated.
- If the animal was vaccinated by an out-of-town veterinarian you MUST provide proof of vaccination before a license can be issued.

Licenses can also be issued at the Animal Control Office or the City Clerks Office.
