DMCC Notice of Public Hearing

Directions to the Mayo Civic Center:

Convenient parking is available in the 1st Street Parking Ramp (507-282-4545), next to the UMR Student Housing in downtown Rochester or in the Civic Center Ramp, across the street. A skyway is located on the 2nd level of parking. Take the skyway crossing Civic Center Drive to enter the Civic Center on the 2nd floor. Use the elevator to access the 1st floor.

Proposed Modification to the Destination Medical Center Development Plan:

The Destination Medical Center Corporation will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.43, subds. 1 and 4, at its meeting that begins at 9:30 AM on Thursday, February 5, 2026 to consider a proposed Five-Year Update to the Destination Medical Center Development Plan. Copies of the proposed Five-Year Update are available at the DMCC and City offices (201 4th Street SE, Rochester, Minnesota 55904) and at the DMC EDA office (195 S. Broadway, Rochester, Minnesota 55904), as well as online at DMC and City of Rochester's websites.

The agenda and meeting materials will be posted separately. 

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.02, if interactive technology is used to conduct a meeting, to the extent practical, the Board shall allow a person to monitor the meeting electronically from a remote location. If you wish to monitor the meeting electronically from a remote location, please visit DMC's YouTube channel.
