Numerous opportunities exist for citizens to actively engage with stormwater management and protect water quality. Professor Joshua Lallaman has been working with a group of active citizens to help protect and restore water quality in Lake Winona. He will share examples of raising community awareness, community actions, and citizen science, with the goal of discussing options available to Rochester area residents.
