NOTICE OF COUNCIL HEARING
Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that all persons interested in the following public hearings:
Final Plat #2018-014PLAT by Rochester Public Utilities to be known as Learning Center Second Subdivision for a two lot subdivision on a 23.48 acre site. The site is located on the south side of 19th Street NW, approximately 250 feet west of Valleyhigh Drive NW.
Final Plat #R2018-015PLAT by Bigelow Homes, LLC to be known as Hadley Creek Village Fourth. The 1.30 acre site is to be subdivided into 6 residential lots. The property is located on the north side of Hadley Creek Drive NE, approximately 300 feet north of 48th Street NE.
