NOTICE OF THE PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATION PRIMARY

Pursuant to Minnesota Statute 207A.11, a Presidential Nomination Primary will be held on March 3, 2020, in the State of Minnesota, the County of Olmsted. Presidential nomination primary voters must be registered to vote pursuant to Minnesota Statute 201.054, subd. 1.
Nomination primary voters must also request the ballot of the major political party for whose candidate the individual wishes to vote. Polling place election judges must record in the polling place roster the name of the major political party whose ballot the voter requested. The county auditor must include the name of the major political party whose ballot the voter requested with the voting history of the nomination primary election.
The major political party ballot selected by a nomination primary voter is private data, except that it will be shared with the chairs of the major political parties in the State of Minnesota.

To:  Residents and Owners on the 1900 block of 2nd Street SW.

Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that all persons interested in Residential Permit Parking, for the eligible properties on the north side of the 1900 block of 2nd Street SW to be able to purchase permits, may be heard at a meeting of the Common Council to be held in the Council/Board Chambers in the Government Center, 151- 4th Street SE in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2020.

The City Council will consider a petition by residents and owners on this street to establish Residential Permit Parking privileges in accordance with City Ordinance Chapter 11-10. The proposed parking plan is to allow the eligible residents who reside on the north side of the 1900 block of 2nd Street SW the privilege to purchase permits to park in designated Residential Permit Parking areas in Zone 10, West Zumbro Area.

NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL HEARING 

The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing  in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN, on Wednesday, Monday, March 2, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. regarding:

Final Plat #CD2020-004PLAT by Stonehedge Townhouses, LLC, to be known as Stonehedge Townhomes Fourth Common Interest Community Number 291 Third Supplemental for development consisting of 39 lots and 2 outlots on 24.5 acres. The site is northeast of East Circle Dr NE, east of Stonhedge Dr NE.

Conditional Use Permit - Incentive Development Preliminary Plan #CD2019-015CUP by United Properties, for a four-story senior living center consisting of 110 units. The site is 7.96 acres in size and located with an R3 zone district on the southwest corner of the intersection of Berkshire Road SW & West Circle Drive SW.
