Sustainability in Rochester
What is Building Benchmarking?
To learn more about Building Benchmarking, review this overview document.
The City of Rochester held its Benchmarking Kick-off Event at the end of February. Mayor Norton, the DMC EDA, and the City of Rochester were excited to launch the program for businesses and building owners to track their energy use and identify ways to save money on utility bills.
The next event for interested businesses and building owners is on Wednesday April 24th from 8 am to noon at Rochester City Hall in Room 104 to assist interested parties in participating. This event, called a Data Jam, will help businesses create a benchmarking profile and formally participate in the program.
To reserve a spot at the benchmarking training, please do so with this EventBrite link.
Finally, for those interested in formally participating, please complete the Participation Form.
If you are unable to attend this month but would like to be aware of future benchmarking meetings, please email Kevin Bright at email@example.com.
