Campaign Sign Information
In state and federal election years - including 2020 - Minnesota Statute 211B.045 governs the placement of campaign signs from 46 days before the primary until 10 days after the general election. This statute allows campaign signs to be posted in any size and number, subject to some limitations found in Minn Stat Chapter 211B on the content of signs and where they can be placed.
