Tickets and monthly passes are available at Cub Foods, Hy-Vee, City Hall (City Clerk's Office), and Eagle Drug (23 2nd St. SW). All tickets and passes can also be purchased (cash or check only) at First Transit's office located at the Public Works Transit Operation Center, 4300 East River Road NE.

Exact change is required since the farebox cannot give out change.  The driver cannot give out change, either.  In lieu of change, the farebox will issue a “change card” that can be used on future RPT rides.  The change card cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for the purchase of bus passes.  A lost, damaged, or stolen fare card will not be refunded.

Single-ride tickets, 10-ride, 10-ride reduced fare, and 20-ride passes are also sold on the bus using the farebox (cash only). Student passes available. Check with your education institution.
