Rochester Public Music Opens Vendor Applications for 2026 FORWARD Park Concerts
Rochester Public Music is now accepting applications for food and beverage vendors to participate in the 2026 FORWARD Park Concerts, a popular summer series that brings live music, food, and community to neighborhood parks across the city.
Since 2019, the FORWARD Park Concerts have brought weekly live music to neighborhood parks across Rochester, featuring local and regional bands on Wednesday evenings throughout the summer.
Application Details Vendor applications are available online https://forms.cloud.microsoft/g/KPXj2wdaJL and will be accepted through April 10, 2026. Vendors selected to participate will be required to submit a $50 deposit per event, which will be refunded upon completion of a post-event survey.
Vendor Requirements and Considerations Vendors must hold or be willing to obtain an Olmsted County food license. Electrical power is not provided. Vendors must supply their own power. Space is limited at each location, and vendors may be required to remove their vehicles after setup. Menu items that can be prepared and served quickly are strongly encouraged.
2026 FORWARD Park Concert Schedule All events take place Wednesdays from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.:
- June 3 – Mayo Park
- June 10 – Cascade Park
- June 17 – Allendale Park
- August 12 – John Withers Sports Complex
- August 19 – White Oaks Park
- August 26 – Cook Park
