Click on the letter adjacent to the league of interest (in the Adult Leagues tab) to download the information for the league. Register Online through the button above or download and print the Adult League Registration/Roster Form. Fill in the form and mail or drop off at the Parks & Recreation Office with the proper registration fees. Once rosters are turned in and you need to add someone to your roster, you can fill out a League Roster Additions form at the Park and Recreation Department: 201 4 St. S.E. - Room 150. You may also call the 311 line at 507-328-2311.
