6 Street SW is now open
UPDATE: 6 Street SW has since reopened.
March 16, 2026 – ROCHESTER, MINN – 6 Street SW has been closed from 8 Avenue SW to 10 Avenue SW until further notice due to unsafe road conditions. Vehicles attempting to travel through the area are getting stuck and the roadway is not currently passable.
The closure will remain in place until conditions improve and the roadway can be safely reopened.
