Spring Service Changes: Effective 4/26
New timetables are available below. Schedule books will be available in April on buses, at Central Park, with Mayo Clinic Office Parking and Transportation, at the RPT office and at the library.

- 21: Adjustment to weekend service span from 7am to 5pm
- 22: Adjustment to weekend service span from 7am to 5pm
- 23: Adjustment to weekend service span from 7am to 5pm
- 24: Adjustment to weekend service span from 7am to 5pm
- 25: Adjustment to weekend service span from 7am to 5pm
- 26: Adjustment to weekend service span from 7am to 5pm
- 120 (Page 1 and Page 2): Route 101 and 206 has been consolidated into a new two-way Route 120. Route 120 will begin at the North Broadway Park and Ride, and end at Target South with service every 20 minutes during peak travel times and 30 minutes during off peak. This is a direct service that runs mainly on Broadway with minimal deviations, as a result. The Transportation Center on East River Rd NE will only be served a few times a day. Service to Northern Hills Dr NE and Northern Heights Dr NE will be provided on Route 102.
- 102: Peak only service to provide service to E Center St, 11 Ave NE, Northern Hills Dr NE, Northern Heights Dr NE, Rocky Creek Dr NE and Northern Valley Dr NE.
- 116: Realigned from Viola Rd NE between 11 Ave NE & Northern Valley Dr NE.
- 150: Timetable adjustments
- 203: Off-peak service frequency (9am to 3pm) adjusted from every 30 minutes to every 60 minutes.

- 306: Route 306 is redesigned to operate as a bidirectional service. The route begins Downtown, travels through the established neighborhood to Walmart South, and returns to Downtown using the same corridor. This configuration eliminates the previous one-way on Broadway Ave and provides consistent two-way service along the entire route.
- 307: Route 307 is redesigned to operate as a bidirectional service. The route Downtown, travels along 7th Ave SW to Apache Mall, continues through Crossroads College to TJ Maxx Plaza, and then returns to Downtown using the same corridor. Under this new configuration, Apache Mall becomes the first major stop after 7th Avenue SW, reducing travel time from Downtown to Apache Mall to approximately 15 minutes.
- 314: Timetable adjustments
- 408: Timetable adjustments
- 410: Routes 409 and 418 have been consolidated into a new two-way Route 410. Route 410 will operate every 20 minutes during peak travel periods and every 30 minutes during off-peak periods. The route will begin downtown and follow a similar alignment to the current Route 409 to Commerce Drive NW at Cub Foods West. From there, it will continue along Superior Drive NW, serve Alpha Parkway NW at the Pines of Rochester and Bella Grove Apartments, and terminate at Hy-Vee on West Circle Drive. Route 410 will operate bidirectionally, returning downtown along the same alignment. Stops on current Route 418 on 19 St NW at Superior Dr NW, east and west 32 Ave NW will not continue to be served by Route 410. Nearby stops are available on Superior Dr NW. Similarly, stops on 41 St NW at West Circle Dr, Sunset Trail Apartments, and 31 Ave NW will not continue to be served, alternative stops at Hy-Vee at W Circle Dr and Mayo Clinic Northwest.
- 411: Route 412 will be consolidated into Route 411. All stops currently served by Route 412 will continue to be served by Route 411, except for midday service to the 75th Street Park & Ride, which will be discontinued. Route 411 will also be modified. The route will no longer serve IBM (to be served by 413) and will instead terminate at Northwest Plaza (Walmart North).
- 413: IBM service will be available on Route 413 during weekday morning and afternoon peak hours.
- 419: Timetable adjustments
- 505: Route 505 is being discontinued and stops currently served by this route will continue to have all week service with other routes.
- 550: Timetable adjustments
