Report a Crime
The City of Rochester and Olmsted County accept certain non-emergency crime reports online. If you are a victim of a crime or a witness to a crime that occurred within the city/county, you can submit your initial report electronically. Based on the information you submit, you may be contacted by an officer, deputy, or investigator.
This form should only be used for non-emergency reports. Dial 911 during an emergency or urgent incident.
