Center Street Ramp Reopens Monday 8/24

August 21, 2026 – ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA – The Center Street Ramp will reopen for public use at 5 a.m. on Monday, August 24. The majority of parking spaces will be available; however, some stalls will remain temporarily closed as interior restoration work is completed.

This project is part of the City of Rochester’s ongoing efforts to maintain safe and reliable public parking facilities.
