In accordance with Minnesota’s Community Notification Act, the Rochester Police Department is releasing information regarding Robert Martinez, a risk Level 3 registrant on the predatory offender registry.
Rochester Police Department (RPD) is releasing information pursuant to Minnesota Statute 253D.32 regarding individuals committed to the Department of Human Services (DHS) Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) who have been provisionally discharged by judicial order.
On June 10 around 6:00 p.m., officers responded to a condominium complex in the 500 block of 19th St NW on a report of a 79-year-old male in mental health crisis making threats to harm neighbors with a firearm.
On June 9 around 9:35 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Broadway Ave. S, on a report of shots fired.

On May 24 around 10:45 p.m., officers were dispatched to 2280 Superior Dr. NW on a report of a shooting in the parking lot. Preliminary investigation indicated a male shot and injured two females.
