Crack Sealing to Temporary Close Armory Lot
The City of Rochester will complete routine crack sealing in the Armory Lot later this week. This preventive maintenance helps extend the life of the pavement and improve overall lot conditions. This work requires a single day closure.
The Armory Lot (Broadway Avenue N and 2nd Street NW) will be closed on Tuesday, June 23 for routine crack sealing.

All vehicles must be moved by 10 p.m. the night before the closure.

Both lots will reopen once work is complete, anticipated by 5 a.m. the following day.
Motorists who typically park in this lot are encouraged to plan ahead and use other City parking options during the brief closures.
