RPD Bulletin
On April 25 around 4:10 p.m., officers responded to a deceased person call in southeast Rochester. A person fishing in a pond north of Highway 52 and south of 30 St. SE discovered a decomposing body. Preliminary findings show no evidence of foul play. RPD is investigating and working with the Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office to identify the individual.
