RPD Bulletin 11.3.26
On November 2, officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of Broadway Ave S. for a deceased person. They located Wendy Reynolds, age 57, deceased inside her apartment. RPD is investigating and working with the Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiners Office to determine the cause and manner of death. ICR 26-56644
