RPD Bulletin (5/25/26)

On May 24 around 10:45 p.m., officers were dispatched to 2280 Superior Dr. NW on a report of a shooting in the parking lot. Preliminary investigation indicated a male shot and injured two females. The victims had non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to the emergency department by acquaintances.

About four hours later, officers attempted a traffic stop in northeast Rochester on a vehicle associated with the shooting suspect. The vehicle did not stop and a pursuit ensued. Officers utilized an immobilization technique known as a PIT maneuver to safely stop the vehicle in the area of Fairway Dr. NW and 55th St. NW. Three occupants, including the suspected shooter, were taken into custody without further incident.
