RPD Bulletin (5/7/26)

Proactive enforcement by Rochester Police Department’s Criminal Interdiction Unit (CIU), Special Enforcement Team (SET) and K9 Unit resulted in the arrests of two people and the seizure of methamphetamine.

On May 5 around 5:40 p.m., CIU detectives alerted SET officers of a warrant subject in the 1100 block of 6 St. NW. Officers located the subject along with a second warrant subject in a parked vehicle. Following further investigation, a K9 sniff of the vehicle led to more than a pound of methamphetamine. Officers arrested Mark Alzamora, age 36, Rochester, and Sieherra Colglazier, age 33, Rochester, for outstanding felony warrants. Both face additional drug charges.
