The City of Rochester has six parking ramps and eight surface lots in the downtown area. Specific rates and locations are shown in the interactive map.

Ramp 6 and the 3rd Street Ramp both offer bike lockers for rent. Pricing is as follows:
Seasonal (April 1- November 30): $60
Annual (April 1 - March 31): $85 (can be renewed without going back on a waiting list)
Setup Fee: $20
Lost Key Fee: $100
Over-sized parking (for RVs, motorhomes, campers, etc.) is available at the Power Plant Lot (100 Civic Center Dr. NW) by reservation for $12 per day. Camping is not allowed.
