The environmental assessment worksheet (EAW) is a brief document designed to lay out the basic facts of a project necessary to determine whether an environmental impact statement (EIS) is required.

Alternate Urban Areawide Review (AUAR)

The Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) process is a hybrid of the Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) review processes.

The Proposed Developments Report shows Current Development Proposals organized by Submittal Date.  Please note that the plans may not reflect the most current proposal.

For meeting information, please visit the City's Meeting Portal, where staff reports will be posted as they become available.

Public Hearing Notice signs are posted at the site of a proposed development. The signs are intended to inform community members about proposed developments and provide an opportunity to get involved through upcoming public hearings.

Public Hearings are open to everyone. At public hearings, you will have the opportunity to raise questions and concerns to the council or commission reviewing or approving the application.

Learn more about proposed developments and upcoming public hearings by reviewing the Proposed Developments Report on this webpage. Review the "Public Meeting" column to determine the date and type of public hearing. Using the information, visit the City's Meeting Portal, where staff reports will be posted when available.
