Neighborhood Information Meetings (NIMS): NIMS are a means for potential developers to inform neighbors and interested community members of a proposed project in an informal setting. The City of Rochester requires potential developers host a NIM for specific types of Land Development projects. A NIM is not a full review of the project, but rather it is an opportunity for the public to learn about the project and share any thoughts or ideas with the development team.
