Bidding is the process of submitting a proposal to undertake, or manage the undertaking of, a project. For bids handled electronically, submit quotes to the City Clerk through BidVAULT. Submit other quotes to the City Clerk's Office (201 4th St SE, Room 135, Rochester, MN 55904).

Responses to RFPs and RFQs should conform to the process and format contained in the solicitation document and any subsequent posted addenda.
