Event Space Rentals

To check availability:

• Send an email to bmontrose@rochestermn.gov with your preferred dates.
• Our staff will confirm available arenas and help guide you through the booking process.

• Up to 75 – 8’ tables and 400 chairs available at no additional charge (shared if multiple events occur).
• Set-up allowed the day before the event; move-out day after.
• The event must conclude and be cleared of guests by 12:45 a.m.
• Guests are responsible for:
  • Removing personal belongings
  • Returning tables and chairs to the provided stacks
  • Emptying garbage cans into dumpsters
• Facility cleaning is handled by staff

Additional details are provided in your contract and welcome letter.

To create a contract, please provide:

• Full Name
• Event Name
• Event Date
• Arena Requested
• Street Address, City, State, Zip
• Email
• Phone Number

Once your contract is prepared, it will be sent via email. A 10% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

• Example: Graham Arena One rental: $2,300, deposit = $230

Notes:

• Rental includes set-up day, event day, and move-out day.
• All arena floors are approximately 20,000 sq. ft. and concrete.
• Reservations are first-come, first-served, subject to availability.
