Our 2025 FORWARD survey is now closed.
Thank you to everyone who shared feedback this summer — your input helps us shape future seasons of the FORWARD Concert Series.
Survey participants were entered to win a Public Music prize pack. Winners were notified by text or email and announced on-site during the shows.
We’ll be back in June and August 2026 with another chance to share your thoughts (and win prizes!). Details will be posted here when surveys open next summer.
Riverside Concert Survey (July-August)

What do I get for filling out a survey?
Giveaway winners must be present to claim their prize. FORWARD winners are contacted by text or email; Riverside winners are announced onstage before the headliner.

I didn't attend any events this year, but I want to fill out a survey. What are my options?
Our annual Community Survey is open to everyone, even if you didn’t attend an event. Check back in fall 2025.
