Fourth of July in Rochester

The City of Rochester will continue to support public Fourth of July celebrations with fireworks at Soldiers Field.

Beginning in 2026, the City is transitioning away from the former 4th Fest concert model. Instead, this page will serve as a public information hub for City-supported Fourth of July updates, including fireworks, viewing information, parking, accessibility, weather impacts, and other event-day details as they are confirmed.

Fireworks are planned for Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 10 p.m. The display is free and open to the public.

The Rochester Community Band is also planning an independent celebratory concert on July 4 at Cascade Lake Park. Details will be shared as they are confirmed.

The City of Rochester is committed to making Fourth of July celebrations accessible to the community.

For information about accessibility services or to request a reasonable accommodation, please visit the City’s Accessibility Page.
