Paying Assessments and Administrative Fines
Are you still paying the old-fashioned way – writing a check and rushing to the mailbox?
View your assessments or pay them online by E-check. It’s easy, convenient, secure, fully automated – and it’s free. Information regarding deadlines for payments is also available on that site, after an address or PIN number is entered.
E-checks are processed exactly like paper checks, but electronically rather than passing through the mail. You can pay online from either your checking or savings account.
If you prefer to pay by credit card instead, you may do that in person or by phone.

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from your check to process a one-time Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or a draft drawn from your account, or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an EFT, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. If your payment is returned unpaid, you authorize the collection of your payment and a returned check fee of $30 by EFT(s) or draft(s) drawn from your account per Minn. Stat. 604.113. Other forms of payments including Cash, Discover, MasterCard, Visa or physical bank deposit, are also available.
