Each Commission member, including the chair and vice-chair, will have one vote on all matters acted upon by the commission.

The Commission's purpose is to review all matters and issues involving the International Airport and to make recommendations on them as the commission sees fit. The commission has no authority to make final decisions on any matter. Instead, the commission acts in an advisory capacity to the common council and all other city officials regarding the International Airport.

The Commission shall consist of the following six members: the mayor, a councilmember-at-large, the city administrator, the airport manager, a representative from public works, and a representative from the airport management company. The mayor shall act as the commission chair. The commission shall appoint a vice-chair.
