Second Street Corridor Framework Plan

In 2009, the Second Street Corridor Framework Plan was created to guide growth in the area. The plan aims to increase commercial and housing options, encourage active and supportive uses, and improve walkability and connectivity by adding mixed-use blocks along Second Street. The plan also emphasizes preserving the character of the existing residential neighborhood along First Street SW.
